Product Management Officer (Investment Funds)


Key tasks and responsibilities


  • Assume responsibility for the different operational aspects of the funds´ lifecycle including but not limited to preparation of the financial statements, budgets and forecasts, etc.
  • Support in the ongoing monitoring of the delegated functions and related third party service providers (transfer agent, custodian banks, fund administrators, etc.)
  • Support the onboarding of investors, coordinating the process with the different parties involved
  • Coordinate with external parties the process to open accounts (custody / transfer agent)


Administration and corporate governance:

  • Review quarterly reports and all regular communication / documents from the AIFM and services providers to the Board of directors
  • Monitor the ongoing activities of the Transfer Agent of the fund, especially the documents for end investors
  • Ensure proper documentation and tracking of legal and corporate governance documents of the ManCo and the Funds
  • Work on ManCo procedures and process flowcharts  


Product Management:

  • Participate to ongoing lifecycle fund management: set-up, product changes and migration of investment vehicles in various jurisdictions
  • Be responsible of fund initiatives to be managed on a project mode
  • Oversee and monitor service providers and delegated functions of our funds

Required skills and experience

  • University degree with focus on economics, finance or accounting
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills using Excel and Word
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Good overview of Luxembourg funds industry, especially operational processes 
  • Ability to clearly structure content, processes and communication
  • Project management skills
